Born and raised in San Pedro, Nellie Gomez has made her living in tourism for years. Her units are two-story townhouses in the Paradise Villas development at the north end of old San Pedro Town. Each floor is a one-bedroom apartment with a large living room/kitchen area. Each apartment has additional sleeping accommodations in the living room. The villas are on the ocean and also have a fresh-water pool.

The Paradise Villas townhouses are located 100 feet from the best dive and snorkling guides in Belize. The big reefs are directly in front of San Pedro and our property, about one-quarter mile offshore.

We have installed artificial reefs along our beachfront, and they are well established with fish. In any event, there are many great snorkeling areas within a 5-minute boat ride. We can hook you up with an excellent guide.

Located on Barrier Reef Drive, Tomas Hotel is approximately 4 blocks north of the dock where the water taxis arrive. If you are coming along Barrier Reef Drive, just look for Belize Bank on the left side. Tomas hotel is located just before the bank on the other side of the road. From the airstrip, it is a few blocks further, but a doable walk. It is on the same block as Lilys Hotel and Hotel San Pedrano (all on Toucan Trail).

At Patojo's Scuba Center, regularly scheduled diving and snorkeling trips are planned daily. We visit numerous dive sites outside the reef to view canyons, caverns, wrecks and a variety of marine life. Padi Certifications of all levels are available upon request.

Trips to the infamous Blue Hole and Turneffe Islands can be scheduled as well as fishing trips, whether it be deep sea or reef fishing. We have some of the most experienced fishing guides who specialize in Fly rod, Bone Fishing, Tarpon and Permit Fishing.

Belize Tradewinds Paradise Villas features twelve one and two bedroom, oceanfront and poolside suites. The property sits on the north edge of San Pedro Town, just a short walk to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Each suite provides a homey place to read, relax or party with friends and family.

The villas are centered on a beautiful fresh water pool with a swim up b.y.o. bar. White sand walkways meander through a courtyard filled with tropical plants and coconut palms. Located only a few short steps from the ocean, swimming and snorkeling are encouraged from our pier directly in front of the hotel. The clear blue waters off the pier are always calm thanks to the barrier reef located 1/4 mile from shore.
All suites include:

They are available with either two king size beds that convert to twins or one queen Murphy bed and two twin beds that convert to a king and can sleep up to 6 people. (Units with the Queen Murphy bed, the second bedroom is a converted porch, which is smaller making the living room larger than the standard 2 bedrooms).
For those of you needing more space for your group, we have interior connecting doors between our upper and lower units that can be opened, creating a 2 bedroom-2 bath or 3 bedroom-2 bath suite. This will give plenty of room for the whole family

We have a long pier with a cool palapa and swim platform at the end for relaxing and swimming where you can snorkel our man made reef. Or, swim in our exotic freshwater pool and relax in hammocks and chaise lounge chairs under the palms on the beach.
Complimentary bicycles, canoes and kayaks are available for our guests to explore the Island.
Scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, fishing or guided eco-tours to the rain forest jungle or Mayan ruins can be arranged through our full service tour desk. The dive and tour boats collect and return our guests to our private pier.
