Investors who purchase a condominium at Belize Legacy Resort will be issued one share of Belize Legacy Resort Limited, representing the ownership of their individual condominium. If you choose to sell your condominium at any time, you will transfer the share representing your condominium to the new buyer. The Government of Belize accesses a Stamp Duty Tax of 3% of the sales price for the transfer of the share. The owners of the condominiums will become members of the Belize Legacy Resort Homeowner's Association when all shares of the Company are issued to the respective owners upon completion of construction.
