The Mayan cottages are large native-style freestanding cottages, built with materials gathered from the forest, including thatched roofs. The Forestview cottage enjoys the sound of our bubbling river, the Little Vaqueros Creek, and a breathtaking vista of the surrounding forest. Orchids throughout the area add color to the lodge's accommodations. We have been collecting and transplanting orchids of all sizes, shapes and colors to adorn the paths within Pine Ridge Lodge for years. The flowers drape the trees and enchant the landscape. |
