Clear clean waters sparkle with sunlight right outside your door, as you lie in bed watching the incredible Belizean sunrise. . The accommodations: 2 unique 2-room cabanas (private entry and bathroon for each bedroom), 8 full-size beds total, are basic and CLEAN. At the end of the day relax before dinner, in a comfortable hammock on your veranda, and enjoy the view of the glorious Caribbean Sea, contemplating your day with a nice cold Belikin Beer at hand. Sea Urchin Bar/Restaurant: We also feature the famous Sea Urchin Bar and Restaurant, one of the most unique in the entire area! The kitchen serves up a variety of Belizean and American food, mostly served fresh from the sea, and the fully stocked bar serves the coldest beer for miles around, all enjoyed under the thatched roof and open to the cooling breezes so you can view spectacular sunsets as you eat. Meals are all served Family Style and are fixed price. Call ahead or email for reservations if you are not a guest on the caye. We love to see the sailing boats tied up to our 2 mooring buoys on the west side of the caye. |
